Refund Policy
General Policy
PharmaOrder strives to ensure every order meets your expectations. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final once shipped. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pharmaorder.net. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact support. We will investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as lost will be reshipped or refunded. Shipping protection ($4.99) covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages for automatic replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order has been assigned to a vendor or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Prepared Products
Orders that have been prepared and shipped cannot be returned due to product handling requirements. If there is an issue with your order, contact support and we will coordinate with the vendor to resolve it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing. Store credit refunds are applied immediately to your account.
