These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PharmaOrder website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment

By purchasing products designated as Research Use Only (RUO), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • RUO products are intended solely for legitimate scientific research purposes.
  • RUO products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or agricultural use.
  • You assume full responsibility for the lawful use and handling of all RUO products purchased.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. PharmaOrder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, cryptocurrency, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed. PharmaOrder recalculates all order totals server-side; client-submitted totals are not binding.

4. Shipping Terms

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. PharmaOrder is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup. For our full shipping policy, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is detailed on our Returns & Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product images, and software—is the property of PharmaOrder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. “PharmaOrder,” “PharmaOrder Verified,” and associated logos are trademarks of PharmaOrder.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) resell products purchased through the Service without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) provide false or misleading information in connection with your account or orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PharmaOrder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PharmaOrder in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaOrder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications

PharmaOrder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
