Quality Guarantee
Every product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. If a product does not meet its stated specifications for purity, identity, or potency, we will provide a full replacement or refund at our discretion.
COA Dispute Process
- Log in to your account and locate the order in question.
- Open the COA attached to your order and note the batch/lot number.
- If you have independent third-party test results that contradict our COA, email them to support@pharmaorder.net along with your order number.
- Our quality team will review your submission within 3 business days and respond with a resolution.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, we will ship a full replacement at no cost. To initiate a damage claim:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product upon receipt
- Email photos and your order number to support@pharmaorder.net
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Account credit refunds are applied immediately.
