Quality Guarantee

Every product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. If a product does not meet its stated specifications for purity, identity, or potency, we will provide a full replacement or refund at our discretion.

COA Dispute Process

  1. Log in to your account and locate the order in question.
  2. Open the COA attached to your order and note the batch/lot number.
  3. If you have independent third-party test results that contradict our COA, email them to support@pharmaorder.net along with your order number.
  4. Our quality team will review your submission within 3 business days and respond with a resolution.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, we will ship a full replacement at no cost. To initiate a damage claim:

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Account credit refunds are applied immediately.
